What you choose to share
Forms collect your name and email address. Depending on the form, you may also provide an optional phone number, destination, preferred date, group size and a message. Newsletter-interest requests record your request for occasional email updates. Please do not send passport copies, payment-card details or sensitive medical information through these forms.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a proposed journey or collaboration, or provide the email updates you requested. A form does not create a booking or payment. Enquiry consent is separate from permission to receive marketing updates. You can withdraw a request for updates by emailing us.
Email, hosting and service providers
Form details are sent to the designated Beard Traveller enquiry inbox through the website’s configured mail server. The production website is intended for HostGator hosting; the receiving inbox is provided by Google. These providers process information under their own terms and may operate in countries outside Pakistan. We do not sell your enquiry information. Details may be shared with a travel provider only where needed to arrange what you requested and after discussing the arrangement with you.
Technical information and preferences
Hosting and mail systems may log technical information such as IP address, time, browser details and delivery errors for security and operation. The mail handler uses short-lived hashed identifiers to limit repeated submissions. The website remembers your motion preference in local storage. We have not installed advertising pixels or visitor analytics in this release.
How long it is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence while responding and, ordinarily, for up to 12 months after the last exchange. Records needed for an agreed service, accounting, a dispute or a legal obligation may need to be kept longer. Mail-provider backups and security logs follow the provider’s retention schedules.
Your choices
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of information you sent, or ask us to stop using it for updates. Email [email protected] with enough detail to identify your enquiry. We may need to confirm that the request is yours. Requests are handled subject to applicable obligations and the records we need to retain.
Children and external services
The enquiry forms are intended for adults. Please contact us if a child has submitted personal information that should be removed. Following a social link or opening WhatsApp takes you to an external service whose own privacy policy applies. Optional external video players load only after you choose to load them.
Changes
If the way this website handles information changes, this policy will be updated with a new revision date. Contact us if you need clarification about a previous enquiry.
