There is no online checkout, card collection or confirmed booking service on this website. No payment is collected when you submit a form. Published experiences are ideas to discuss, with dates and costs arranged individually.
Before confirming a journey
Request a written proposal identifying who is providing the service, the itinerary, dates, group size, inclusions, exclusions, total price and currency, payment schedule, fitness or access requirements and cancellation terms. Ask about transport, accommodation, permits and any third-party services before paying.
Payments and providers
Use only payment instructions confirmed directly through the published contact details and included in your written agreement. Do not send payment-card details through an enquiry form. A third-party provider’s conditions should be disclosed before you commit to that provider.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
There is no single cancellation fee or refund promise for every proposed journey. The specific written agreement must explain deadlines, cancellation charges, refundable and non-refundable costs, provider cancellations and how any refund is requested and processed. Ask for these terms before making a payment. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Weather and access changes
Mountain conditions, road closures, permits and other events may affect a proposed itinerary. Any replacement arrangements, extra costs, cancellation or refund consequences should be discussed under the agreed terms. Do not assume that a replacement route or refund has been confirmed without a written response.
